Currently, Brian works for Presence Marketing as Regional Vice President of their East Coast Division. Brian has direct responsibilities for all Natural and Conventional Supermarket business from Maine to Florida. Prior to joining Presence, Brian was at BIN/Advantage and also spent 10 years with Millbrook Distribution Services. During his time at Millbrook, he held key positions in sales management including Director of Business Development, Regional Vice President and Vice President of Sales.

Michael Seina
Northeast Sales Manager (Presence Marketing)
Michael's 15+ years in the Natural Food Industry began as a Grocery Team Leader at Fresh Fields. After opening their Reston and Tenley stores, he transferred to a Bread & Circus store (after Whole Foods purchased Fresh Fields) to get a better understanding of the Whole Foods process. From the stores, he went to the Whole Foods Regional Office as a Bulk Buyer, and quickly became the Regional Grocery Buyer for the Mid-Atlantic Region of Whole Foods. As a buyer, Michael was able to grow the region's business by 15% - 20% every year for 6 years. It was as a buyer that Michael formed the lasting relationships with manufacturers and brokers that helped him to take the next steps in the evolution of his career to become a broker. As a Regional Sales Manager for BIN, Michael built and developed a successful and effective team for the 5 years he was at BIN. It was in 2007 that Michael was able to join the Presence Family as the NE Regional Sales Manager. Michael was there on board during the building stages as the second employee of Presence East. "Presence Marketing is the culmination of all the positive aspects of my tenure in the Natural Food Industry".

Steve Reinstein
Southeast Sales Manager (Presence Marketing)
Steve embarked on his natural food career in 1993 as an entrepreneur of a health food store. Unfortunately after 4 years, Steve had to close the store down. He shifted his focus to the natural distribution channel where he served as Head of Operations at Organica USA for 9 years. Having learned aspects of retail and distribution operations, Steve was given the opportunity to come work for Presence Marketing at the beginning of their East Coast launch in April 2007. Steve is a native Floridian and loves living in the Sunshine State. He is an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins and Florida Marlins.

Jacqueline joined Presence East in November of 2007. Jacqueline comes to Presence East having gained valuable experience in the Natural Products Industry since 1991. Jacqueline got her start in the industry working for another east coast food brokerage while Presence Marketing was building their coast to coast journey. From there Jacqueline worked for a leading herb company. Later she worked for a leading cereal company and a tofu/soymilk manufacturer. Jacqueline has experience covering most regions of the US and Canada.

Jacqueline joined Presence East in November of 2007. Jacqueline comes to Presence East having gained valuable experience in the Natural Products Industry since 1991. Jacqueline got her start in the industry working for another east coast food brokerage while Presence Marketing was building their coast to coast journey. From there Jacqueline worked for a leading herb company. Later she worked for a leading cereal company and a tofu/soymilk manufacturer. Jacqueline has experience covering most regions of the US and Canada.

Shari Stern
Brand Manager (Presence Marketing)
Shari is Brand Manager with Presence East, and has gained experience in the natural food and culinary industry since 1998. Previously, as Director of Natural and Organics Products with Haddon House Food Products, Inc, she elevated the Specialty Distributor's status to become a major player in the Natural and Organic Industry. Shari also has retail experience as the former Marketing Specialist/Community Liaison with Whole Foods Market in Philadelphia (Callowhill) and was involved with all aspects of the store from executing regional goals to branding the Fresh Fields/Whole Foods name throughout the city. Aside from work directly related to the industry, did Public Relations and Marketing for restaurants and food companies. Eventually Shari turned the spotlight on her own culinary corner. Her Love Bites cooking classes were picking up momentum around Philadelphia and a few pitches later, she was filming for The Food Network and was interviewed for major magazines including Modern Bride and Self. Shari's professional achievements have been covered in Advertising Age and her views on merchandising gluten free and allergin foods were published in Phil Lempert's Food, Nutrition, and Science. Shari has a B.S. in Human Ecology from Rutgers University and a Master's Degree in Environmental Policy from Tufts University, in which her thesis explored the public's perception of toxic chemicals in cosmetic products. She brings to Presence Marketing a very rounded knowledge of the industry including sales, retail execution, merchandising, marketing, business development, public relations, nutrition, government regulation, and product development. Shari likes to run on the trails when her knees participate, does yoga ungracefully, and chases her little girl, Audrey, around the playground.

Jessica joined Dynamic Presence in April of 2010. She is responsible for managing the Natural Key Account business for the Nutrition & Body Care brands. After graduating from Southern New Hampshire University, Jessica began her marketing career in the Dairy Industry, working for the American Dairy Association and with the “got milk?” campaign. She worked closely with dairy processors, which lead to her next job at Garelick Farms, a local Dean Foods Company. She spent 3 years as a Territory Sales Manager in the food service division. Jessica had a great time working with restaurants, school food service programs, and health care facilities. Most recently, Jessica was the National Sales Manager for the W.S. Badger Company. She managed all key accounts and broker relationships in the US. During her time at Badger, she helped grow sales at Whole Foods over 125%. Working at Badger connected Jessica to Dynamic Presence. She knew immediately that Dynamic Presence would play a role in her career future. She is very excited to be a part of such a fantastic team of professionals. Jessica lives in Keene, NH with her husband and three children. They live in a 200 year old farm house that has been in her family for 80 years!

In 1993, Ron started at a small mass market broker called Food Enterprises. Over the next 8 years he worked in many accounts….Edwards, Stop & Shop and Big Y. Throughout this time his accounts were merged/bought out many times, ending with Marketing Specialist. In 2001 Marketing Specialist went under. Best thing that every happened to Ron. Less than a month later, he landed in the Natural world with BIN. Ron worked his way through many independents up to Reset Captain at Whole Foods, and transitioned his career to join Presence Marketing/Dynamic Presence. Ron's current role and passion is merchandising…..He loves what he does.

Nikki Nolbertowicz
Director of Marketing

Nikki got her start with Presence Marketing/Dynamic Presence in the summer of 1997. She worked each summer and during holiday breaks while she pursued her Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Southern Illinois University. (Go Salukis!) This allowed her to gain experience in all different facets of the business which included working in the office, as well as attending distributor table tops and assisting at retail resets. After graduating in 2000, Nikki went to work for CDW, a privately held computer distributor located in Chicagoland area. She gained both sales and distribution experience during her year and a half stint with them. In November 2001, Nikki joined Presence Marketing/Dynamic Presence full-time. Nikki started out as a Marketing Assistant and has worked tirelessly through each position within the department to reach her current role, Midwest/East Divisions-Director of Marketing. Nikki's true passion is her family; she enjoys spending all her free time with her husband Bryan and their daughter Reese Mae.
