Bill Lyons| Chief Financial Officer

Bill Lyons joined Presence Marketing in April 2007 as Chief
Financial Officer. His responsibilities include budgeting and
planning, financial analysis and reporting, and also management of
the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll functions
within the company.

Prior to joining Presence, Bill was with US Cellular where he was
responsible for strategic planning in the customer care operation
which included implementing both short and long term
enhancements to policies, procedures, and the technical
infrastructure supporting approximately 6 million customers.

Although the transition from wireless telecommunications to health
food marketing seems quite a stretch, Bill was involved in setting
up financial tracking and control mechanisms for Presence over the
past few years. He joined Presence already familiar with the
business model and existing systems and capabilities.

Bill lives in Hoffman Estates, IL with his wife Bonnie and two
children, Michelle and Danny.
