Chris Lobo

Chris Lobo, Presence Marketing's Rocky Mountain Regional President,
worked through a Master's Degree in grocery retail for 6 years before
making the leap into the brokerage world as a field representative. Rising
through the ranks, Chris, with wife Michelle, bought the brokerage and
then partnered with Bill Weiland to form Rocky Mountain Presence. This
executive team has led the growth of this division of Presence Marketing
since 1997 and will continue to lead this established division as a key
region in the national Presence portfolio.

Michelle Lobo
Rocky Mountains Vice President | Nutrition | Body Care

Michelle Nemcek Lobo has been in the Natural Product Industry since
1992. With a background and passion in nutrition and body care she
started in the industry as HABA manager at Alfalfa's Market along with
being co-owner of Zents Inc., a boutique body care brand. Later, working
for a Colorado Independent Broker she and husband Chris bought the
brokerage and partnered with Bill Weiland and Presence Marketing.
Michelle oversees all NBC operations and is the Vice President of Rocky
Mountain Presence. Michelle's likes to ski, practice yoga, travel, and her
biggest interest is spending time with her daughter Ava.

Tadd Overstreet
Sales Manager | Grocery (Presence Marketing)
Following in his father’s footsteps, Tadd has literally grown up in the
grocery industry. He began his career with King Soopers (a division of
Kroger) as a bagger and navigated the retail environment in a number of
store leadership positions before moving to the purchasing and
merchandising side of the industry. He held several positions including
Traffic Manager, Buyer and Category Manager over a variety of commodities,
specialty and ethnic foods. After 25 years, Tadd left King Soopers and joined
Whole Foods Market as the Grocery Coordinator of the Rocky Mountain
region where he oversaw the successful integration of the Whole Foods Market
and Wild Oats banners following their merger. The Rocky Mountain Presence
team is thrilled to have this Retail Aficionado lead their Grocery Sales team.

Tadd is a native of Colorado and enjoys many of the great outdoor activities
with his wife and three sons.

Kristina Schneider
Sales Manager | Nutrition | Body Care (Presence Marketing)
Through her tenure at Rocky Mountain Presence since 1998, Kristina has
seen big changes in the industry and in her position in the company. After
moving from a Dairy / Frozen buying position with a natural foods
distributor, she has successfully worn many different hats for RMP. From
Key Account Representative for the Vitamin Cottage chain in both Grocery
and Nutrition Body Care, she has made her way to NBC Sales Manger.
She currently oversees the Nutrition Body Care sales team for the Rocky
Mountain territory.

Niké VanArsdale
Sales Manager (Dynamic Presence)
Niké is a native of Boulder Colorado. She grew up in, what is now,
the Natural Food Industry, drinking Mo’s 24 tea and eating brown rice with
home made tofu and vegetables from the garden. Niké has worked in the
Natural Food and Health fields for over fifteen years. She has a depth
of knowledge and understanding of the core values that drive the Natural
Product industry, such as the environment and the connection between our
food channel and health. Niké was a National buyer with Wild Oats for 3
years before becoming a Broker in 2003. She worked for Kayser Sales and
Marketing as Director of Sales for the Rocky Mountain region for over
5 years before joining Presence Marketing in Feb, 2009.

Tracey Nichols
Director of Finance | Accounts Receivable

Tracey joined Rocky Mountain Presence in 2002 with a wide range of
experience in Accounting, Property Management and Engineering. Her
responsibilities include Accounts Payables and Receivables, distributor
velocities/splits, payroll and other financial activities.
