I have several favorite things! But my top favorite’s are the attitude and mission, to bring the best food and innovation to life and our ability to work independently and not feel “micro-managed”.
It mirrors how the human race should treat each other.
Expanding knowledge of products, ingredients, and what our capabilities are to make changes in the food market.
We truly have the best company, in terms of technology and management.
For the past 16 years I have been involved with a group that gives back to non-profits and to veterans. Each March we hold a Chili Cook-Off fund raiser, and after event expenses, we donate to our Charity. In 2021, we donated over $11k.
