2025 KeHE Summer Show Registration Open

The 2025 KeHE Summer Show will be held in Phoenix, Arizona on February 4^th and 5^th and in the KeHE CONNECT platform February 3^rd to 14^th, 2025.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 KeHE Summer Show – February 4^th and 5^th, 2025.

When applying, be sure to list PRESENCE as your headquarter broker so after KeHE accepts your application, you can be placed in our aisle for the In Person Show.

What: 2025 KeHE Summer Show In-Person and Virtual

In Person Show:

• When: Tuesday, February 4^th to Wednesday, February 5^th *Show schedule TBD.
• Where: Phoenix, Arizona

Virtual Show:

• When: Monday, February 3^rd – Friday, February 14^th
• Where: Digital Show via KeHE CONNECT®

*Please note, your application does not guarantee acceptance into the show (in-person or virtual), and KeHE will not collect payment until after the Category Management Team reviews and accepts your application.

Costs:

10×10 Booth Fee:

• Participation fee is determined by your KeHE GBB score as of August 1^st, 2024.
  • $7,145 – GOOD, BETTER, OR BEST
  • $6,945 – NEW
  • $6,145 – CAREtrade & DIVERSEtrade
  • $5,645 – KeHE elevate
• Deductions – If you are eligible, KeHE will deduct your show fees. If you are not eligible for a deduction, you will be asked to submit your booth payment by October 4, 2024

• If payment is not received, you will not be permitted to exhibit at the show and your booth will be given to an alternate supplier.

Virtual Only: $1,000

Important Dates & Deadlines:

• October 4^th – Exhibitor Booth registration closes (In Person/ Virtual)

• October 4^th – Final payment deadline
• October 11^th – New Item Setup Deadline in KeHE CONNECT^®
• October 25^th – Promotions Deadline in KeHE CONNECT^®
• Week of November 11^th – Booth Assignments and Manual sent to Exhibitors.
• November 22^nd – Price Changes Deadline in KeHE CONNECT^®
• December 18^th – IX-ONE Products due for Imaging

Cancellation:

• 75% refund if cancelled on or before November 6^th, 2024 (90 Days Out)
• 50% refund if cancelled on or before December 6^th, 2024 (60 Days Out)
• 25% refund if cancelled on or before January 5^th, 2025 (30 Days Out)
• 0% refund if cancelled on or after January 6^th, 2024 (29 Days Out)

Important: Suppliers are strongly encouraged to bring their own device for ordering (iPad/tablet, laptop, phone) KeHE will have iPads for rent for a $100 rental fee. Only one iPad rental per ESN is allowed.
