2027 KeHE Summer Show Applications Now Accepted

Applications are now being accepted for the 2027 KeHE Summer Show – February 9^th to 10^th, 2027!

The in-person show takes place February 9^th to 10^th, 2027, in Phoenix, Arizona and exclusively in KeHE CONNECT from February 3^rd to February 19^th, 2027!  When applying, be sure to list PRESENCE as your Headquarter broker so after KeHE accepts your application, you can be placed in our aisle for the LIVE Show. Details:

Live Show:

• When: Tuesday, February 9^th – Wednesday, February 10^th *Show schedule TBD.
• Where: Phoenix, Arizona.

Virtual Show:

• When: Wednesday, February 3^rd – Friday, February 19^th
• Where: Digital Show via KeHE CONNECT

Costs:

10×10 Booth Fee:

• Participation fee is determined by your KeHE GBB score as of June 1^st, 2026
  • Deductions- If you are eligible KeHE will deduct your show fees. If you are not eligible for a deduction, you will be asked to submit your booth payment by October 9^th, 2026
    • Selecting Deduction is the fastest & easiest payment method vs. ACH

• If payment is not received, you will not be permitted to exhibit at the show, and your booth will be given to an alternate supplier.

*KeHE is including electricity in each exhibitor’s booth package. By including electricity in each booth, KeHE is able to pass on +25% savings on electricity for all exhibitors.

Important: Suppliers are encouraged to bring their own device for ordering (iPad/tablet, laptop, phone) as a limited number of iPads will be available onsite.

• October 23^rd – Promotions Deadline
• Week of November 2^nd – Booth Assignments sent to Exhibitors
• November 20^th – Price Changes Deadline
• December 16^th – Show-Only Deals Deadline
• December 18^th – IX-ONE Products due for Imaging
• December 31^st – Partnership Deadline

Cancellation:

• 75% refund if cancelled on or before November 11^th, 2026 (90 Days Out)
• 50% refund if cancelled on or before December 11^th, 2026 (60 Days Out)
• 25% refund if cancelled on or before January 10^th, 2027 (30 Days Out)
• 0% refund if cancelled on or after January 11^th, 2027 (29 Days Out)
