The new service by Albertsons offers customers who participate in grocery pickup to receive their grocery in 30 minutes or less. Albertsons is answering the needs of their busy customers who may not have the time to wait for pick-up or need a missing ingredient quickly for tonight’s dinner. Don’t worry if you don’t have an Albertsons in your area, the service is also available at over 2,000 locations which include Jewel-Osco, Shaw’s, ACME, Tom Thumb, and Safeway.
This new service is available via Albertsons websites or the mobile app. If you are a member of the FreshPass Program, you’ll receive a discounted delivery fee of only $2 for the new Flash delivery service and no fee for pick-up. If you are not a member, Flash pick-up fee will cost you $3.95 and $11.95 for delivery. Flash pick-up and delivery does have a limit to the amount of items ordered, with items being capped at 35 per delivery or pick-up.
