Associated Food Stores has named two new EVPs: Justin Atwater, who also serves as general counsel, and Travis Boman, who serves as CFO.
“Justin and Travis are incredibly important parts of our executive leadership team,” newly appointed President and CEO David Rice said. “We are extremely grateful for their expertise, leadership and commitment to the member owners of Associated Food Stores.”
Atwater and Boman join Roger White, EVP and COO, in composing the executive committee for the Utah-based company. Atwater signed on with Associated Food Stores in 2020. Boman has been with the company for more than 16 years.
