Bi-Rite Market to Launch New Location on Polk Street

Bi-Rite, a San Francisco-based grocer and Certified B Corporation, opened Bi-Rite Market Polk Street on August 29^th. This new location, Bi-Rite’s third neighborhood store, has been renovated from the former Real Foods Co. site at 2140 Polk Street. The refreshed space will offer products from responsible farmers, ranchers, and makers, creating a community-focused destination.

Sam Mogannam, Bi-Rite’s founding partner, says the store aims to reflect the neighborhood’s spirit and build community connections. It will feature local and direct-sourced products, house-made meals, desserts, and Bi-Rite Creamery ice cream, all meeting the Certified Delicious promise.
