Brendan Sodikoff Joins the Dom’s Kitchen Team

Dom’s Kitchen and Market recently announced a partnership with restauranteur Brendan Sodikoff, the founder of a number of Chicago’s eateries including Au Cheval, Hogsalt, Doughnut Vault among others.  Mr. Sodikoff will oversee Dom’s hospitality and culinary operations.  Dom’s Kitchen and Market was started one year ago by local industry veterans Don Fitzgerald, a former senior director at Dominick’s, Jay Owen of Dom Capital Group and Bob Mariano who founded Mariano’s after serving as the CEO of Roundy’s and Dominick’s.  “Brendan is a natural fit for our expanding team.  He has a unique way of creating a fully rounded customer experience and I look forward to him joining the team,” said Mariano.  Sodikoff is excited as well stating,” I was attracted to Dom’s because of our similar hospitality focused philosophies of building community and high quality guest and food experiences. I am excited to collaborate  with Dom’s and establish them alongside Chicago’s most iconic food experience brands.”

Dom’s Kitchen and Market has one location in Chicago’s trendy Lincoln Park neighborhood.  A second location will be opened this fall in Chicago’s Old Town in the former Plum Market.  The ultimate goal is 15 stores by 2025.  Dom’s also recently announced that it is adding Instacart service to customers in their market area as well.
