As Sprouts Farmers Market pursues its ambitious growth plan for 2023, the company is ramping up hiring events for a spate of upcoming store openings. With more than two dozen new stores planned this year, Sprouts is readying its latest sites in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and three locales in Florida.
The company is staffing up with virtual and in-person hiring events. In the Rocky Mountain region, Sprouts aims to bring on 92 employees at its new location in Colorado Springs that will open its doors on August 4th. The retailer is looking to hire more than 150 full-and part-time team members through virtual and in-person hiring events ahead of the three Florida store openings. As hiring efforts heat up, Sprouts is touting its competitive compensation, team discounts, rewarding crew culture and advancement opportunities. In its 2022 ESG Report, the grocer revealed that it created 1,600 jobs in 2022 and promoted 24% of its team members. More than two-thirds of store manager openings were filled by internal candidates in 2022 and 77% of promotions company-wide were female and/or racially or ethnically diverse crew members.
