Empowering Grocers with ChatGPT

In exciting news, 11 new grocers (brick and motor and delivery services) are partnering with ChatGPT within the next few months. This provides new costumer engagement and means of delivery, providing additional opportunities for more sales. ChatGPT now reaches over 800 million users, expanding overall visibility and convenience. Anirban Kundu stated on LinkedIn that this new partnership will “make grocery shopping as simple as having a conversation.” Additionally, Kundu mentioned “AI is redefining how people interact with their grocery lists, weekly meal planning, and last-minute cravings,”.

For grocery and food delivery, the partnership between Uber Eats will commence within weeks, which will include users the ability to see food delivery options and ride services. Sachin Kansal, Uber’s Chief Product Officer stated, “Soon, you’ll be able to see fare ranges, ETAs, and browse restaurants right in ChatGPT before seamlessly finishing your trip or order in the Uber apps. We can’t wait for people to try it and tell us what they think,”.

The new usage with AI is going to cross over in to more than just grocery but soon online entities such as Spotify, Expedia and Booking.com will be including a login for ChatGPT.
