Erewhon Natural Markets, the popular organic and natural food store, opened its ninth location in Culver City on March 15th. This new location, which spans over 10,000 square feet, will offer the same high-quality products Erewhon is known for, including fresh organic produce, artisanal cheeses, and supplements. The Culver City store will also feature a juice bar and an extensive prepared foods section with grab-and-go options.
Erewhon Natural Markets has been a staple in the Southern California health food scene since 1968. In 2011, Tony Antoci, a former investment banker, purchased Erewhon and transformed it from a small family business into a thriving natural foods chain. Under Antoci’s leadership, Erewhon has expanded from two stores to nine, with locations in Los Angeles, Calabasas, and Santa Monica. Antoci’s vision for Erewhon has been to provide customers with the highest quality natural and organic products while also fostering a sense of community through in-store events and educational programs.
