Foxtrot Café and Market Reemerges

Foxtrot Café and Market’s resurrection is underway as they have re-opened three of their locations. The chain of specialty convenience stores filed for bankruptcy and closed abruptly in April. Their assets were subsequently sold to Further Point Enterprises for $2.2M. The three locations are located on Chicago Northside including the Gold Coast, Old Town and now Wicker Park neighborhoods. The newly reopened stores will feature gourmet breakfast tacos, fresh baked goods, farm to bowl salads, specialty sandwiches and freshly roasted coffee blends. The Gold Coast and Old Town and Wicker Park locations will be followed by seven more stores in Chicago and Austin, Texas.
