Frisco’s Second H-E-B Sets Opening Date

H-E-B’s first Frisco location opened in September 2022. The second location is set to open August 7^th on University Drive. The grand opening event will feature company executives along with city officials, community leaders and area nonprofits, according to the release. The second Frisco location will be H-E-B’s 15^th storefront in North Texas. The grocery chain also has locations in Plano and McKinney with another slated to open in Prosper. H-E-B recently celebrated the opening of a new location in Mansfield and broke ground on its first store in Rockwall County. H-E-B has been in Dallas since 2001 through their Central Market stores, but they’ve only recently begun opening their H-E-B and Joe V’s Smart Shop stores in North Texas. They now have locations in Plano, Allen, Frisco, McKinney, and other areas. In June, they opened the first Joe V’s Smart Shop in Dallas at 4101 W. Wheatland Road.
