Garden Spot Foods, based in New Holland, Pennsylvania, was acquired by River Valley Foods, based in Syracuse, New York, in 2017. As of February 2023, all of Garden Spot Foods purchasing and warehousing will be combined with River Valley Foods out of the Syracuse, New York facility.
