Giant Eagle Garnered New Corporate Office

Giant Eagle has officially established its new headquarters in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, situated approximately 20 miles north of Pittsburgh. Spanning 100,000 square feet, the new facility boasts various amenities for employees, including an on-site gym and cafeteria. Additionally, employees can take advantage of walking and jogging trails within the Cranberry Woods Business Park, conveniently located near I-79 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike, facilitating easier commuting.

According to a statement by the company, corporate-level employees will commence work at the Cranberry Township headquarters in the spring, operating under a hybrid model. This approach involves designated days spent in the office, with remote workdays encompassing store and distribution center environments. The search for a new headquarters began at least as early as October, following Giant Eagle’s decision not to renew its lease at a building in O’Hara, Pennsylvania, which previously served as its corporate center. Giant Eagle CEO Bill Artman emphasized the importance of in-person collaboration in driving business growth and fostering meaningful connections with customers and colleagues. He stated, “Our new headquarters will provide a variety of working and meeting spaces that will foster teamwork and creativity to help us continue to think like our customers, anticipating their needs and delivering solutions to make their lives easier.”
