Harmons, Mollie Stone’s to Offer Customized Rewards Box
Harmons and Mollie Stone’s Markets have partnered with Salt Lake City-based Bunny James to create Retail Rewards Boxes that will be gifted to their VIP customers. The boxes are customized for each retailer and designed to provide a personal, fun shopping experience for each retailer’s most loyal customers. The Retail Rewards Box program allows companies to go beyond traditional in-person product sampling and costly mailer programs, providing a low-risk avenue for consumers to try new products while also giving valuable feedback data to retailers.
“We believe in the power of gifting psychology, and the Retail Rewards Box is the ultimate demonstration of this,” noted Bunny James CEO Lonny James. “Our program creates amazing customer loyalty, increases cart size for top shoppers, and provides retailers and brands with invaluable customer data.”
“Every quarter, our highest-tier, most loyal customers will automatically receive a box at checkout containing a curated assortment of 10 to 15 sample-size items,” said Rich Gillmore, VP of Center Store for Encino, California-based Gelson’s Markets, which has offered the box since 2021.
West Valley City, Utah-based Harmons operates 20 grocery retail stores and a flower shop. Mill Valley, California-based Mollie Stone’s Markets has nine stores operating in Northern California.
