After more than 40 years of business as one of Puerto Rico’s very first health food stores, Mary’s Health Food has gained a devoted customer base and plans to expand to a second location. TC Farm in Blaine, Minnesota started as a hobby farm and grew to include a group of sustainability focused family farms cultivating produce, meat, eggs, dairy, and honey.
