KeHE Dashboard and Reporting Updates

KeHE released the AOM Inventory Gap Report and Dashboard, designed to provide suppliers visibility into AOM events. AOM is an acronym for Advanced Order Management and is how KeHE Sales Team members request inventory to support new products and promotions on behalf of their retailers.

This data can be used alongside the Order Projections report to provide details on increases in demand. Details include:

  • A summary of accounts (retailers) with AOM events, $ left to ship, and whether there is enough inventory to support, allowing suppliers to target accounts with the most opportunities.
  • Helpful filter options to drill down to DC, Brand, UPC, and Account Name.
  • AOM event item detail to identify inventory concerns that may require action with SC Buyers to initiate or expedite POs or connection with the retailer or KeHE Account Manager with recommendations on AOM quantities and timing.

Updates to Existing Reports

  • Outbound Fill Rate has been renamed to Customer Raw Fill Rate. All corresponding visuals and labels have been updated accordingly. This change is now reflected in the Analytics Dashboard: Summary and Fill Rate tabs, and in the Chains and Stores that Ordered an Item.
  • The Chains and Stores that Ordered an Item and the Enterprise Supplier Chain Sales by Brand reports have been updated to align to the KeHE standard of rolling two years history. In addition, a Retailer Parent filter and data point has been added to both reports.
  • The KeHE Full POD Vendor and AL For ESN Chain Group reports have been updated to include the Retailer Parent filter and data point.
  • KeHE 30×20 report:
    • Report granularity has been updated from Retailer Area to Retailer Parent
    • KeHE 30×20 now shows the Top 30 selling products for the Top 20 retailer parents
    • Quantity values are now provided at the Retailer Parent level
