KeHE Supply Chain Update

Effective May 6th, KeHE made changes to their supply chain organizational design to support “Food. Forward”. strategic plan and operational excellence initiatives. In effort to align KeHE’s supply chain to support an efficient and effective distribution network, they have moved to two regions: East and West. KeHE supply planners have been aligned to new buying responsibilities that reflect a regionalized, category buying structure.

  • Most suppliers will see fewer supply planning touchpoints as KeHE moves from three region contacts down to two.
  • Within each region, KeHE supply planners have aligned to their current category structure. This will ensure better synergies with our Category and Supplier Management teams, and enhance KeHE’s seasonal planning capabilities.
  • With the reduced touchpoints, KeHE will be sunsetting their Supplier Captain responsibilities. Updated contacts are now visible in CONNECT. They are also available here and are linked in the Navigating KeHE document.

PLEASE NOTE: These contacts are still in the process of being finalized and are subject to change.
