Payment Hold Release by DC at KeHE Foods
To help ease cash flow challenges for new and small suppliers, KeHE is implementing a new process. Starting January 6th, 2025, payment holds will be released at the distribution center (DC) level instead of the enterprise level. This change will help suppliers gain traction regionally and support their growth.
This update will apply to new suppliers (with an ESN created) after the go-live date.
KeHE Extra Performance (EP) Processing Fee Update
KeHE is adjusting its EP processing fee structure to better align with current market conditions. EP transactions, such as retailer advertising, in-store demos, and slotting, are processed by KeHE, acting as the intermediary between retailers and suppliers.
Since 2017, the cost of processing these transactions has increased, leading to the need for an update. While the percentage fee will remain the same, the minimum and maximum fee amounts will be adjusted.
Effective Date: January 6th, 2025, for any EP processed on or after this date.
