Kroger Celebrates Completion of Fort Worth Marketplace Remodel

Kroger’s Texas Division marked the completion of a major remodel at its Fort Worth Marketplace store on Bailey Boswell Road with a grand reopening celebration on July 10th. The nearly $2.5 million renovation modernized the store’s appearance while expanding several key departments, including bakery, deli, produce, floral and meat and seafood. Customers will also find an enhanced selection of local, natural and better-for-you grocery products throughout the remodeled location.

The reopening celebration featured remarks from Kroger leadership, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and donations presented to North Inter-City Agency and Presbyterian Night Shelter as part of Kroger’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste social and environmental impact plan. Customers attending the event enjoyed product samples, special promotions and complimentary breakfast bundles for the first 200 shoppers, along with limited-time fuel rewards and store discounts.

The remodel is part of Kroger’s broader investment in its Texas operations, as the retailer continues to enhance existing stores while expanding its Marketplace footprint throughout the state.
