Please be advised that Kroger Smith’s accounts currently serviced through Distribution Centers 45 – Ontario and 46 – Tualatin will transition to Distribution Center 12 – Aurora, effective November 1st, 2026.
This initiative is intended to consolidate volume into a single distribution center, generating key operational efficiencies designed to streamline logistics, improve order fulfillment, and elevate the overall customer experience.
To determine if your account is impacted and prepare for the demand shift between warehouses, please utilize KeHE CONNECT BI reporting > Chains and Stores that ordered an Item, filter Retailer Parent to ‘Kroger’, then Retailer Area to ‘Kroger Smiths.’
KeHE Policies and Procedures
All purchase orders placed are subject to KeHE’s Policies and Procedures, terms, and fee structures as previously agreed upon and signed by both KeHE and Supplier Authorized Representatives.
