Natural Grocers introduced a new free three-part educational class series designed to help customers make practical, science-based changes to their eating and lifestyle habits. The series, titled “Hack Your Health,” launched last month and covers topics including nutrition fundamentals, metabolic flexibility and habits for long-term success.
The classes are offered both in Natural Grocers stores and virtually, giving customers multiple ways to participate. Each session focuses on actionable strategies — from reading ingredient labels and understanding nutrient timing to optimizing daily routines — that the retailer said could support overall well-being.
“We know that small, intentional changes can make a big difference in health outcomes,” said Terry Davis, president and COO of Natural Grocers. “Our Hack Your Health series was created to give customers the tools and knowledge they need to build sustainable habits and feel confident about their choices as they pursue their wellness goals.”
The three-part series is structured to engage participants step by step, beginning with foundational nutrition principles and progressing to practical application in daily life. The sessions are free and open to all customers, with registration details available on the Natural Grocers website and in stores.
Natural Grocers said the initiative aligns with its mission to support community health education by combining expert guidance with accessible programming. The company’s staff of trained nutrition coaches lead many of the sessions, offering personalized support and answering questions to help participants tailor lessons to their own goals.
The “Hack Your Health” series reflects Natural Grocers’ broader effort to empower shoppers with knowledge that complemented healthy product choices, reinforcing the retailer’s emphasis on whole foods, education and long-term well-being.
