Natural Grocers Launches In-Store Donation Campaign to Support Flood Relief Efforts Across Texas

Natural Grocers, the nation’s leading family-operated organic and natural grocery retailer, is partnering with the American Red Cross to aid communities affected by the devastating floods in Central Texas. Beginning immediately, all 25 of the company’s Texas locations are accepting customer donations at the register to support ongoing relief efforts.

Shoppers can contribute $1, $5, or $10 during checkout at participating stores, which span cities including Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Waco, Lubbock, and more. All proceeds will go directly to the American Red Cross to assist flood victims and support regional recovery initiatives.

This initiative reflects one of the company’s core values—its “Commitment to Community”—which has taken on renewed importance in light of the recent destruction in areas such as Kerr County.

“Natural Grocers considers our customers and community members family. When disaster strikes, we believe in showing up with compassion and action,” said Raquel Isely, Vice President of Marketing at Natural Grocers. “This campaign is about standing with our neighbors during an incredibly difficult time. We’re grateful to our local good4uSM Crew for recognizing the need and helping us act quickly to support relief efforts.”

The company encourages customers across Texas to join in supporting those impacted by the flooding by making a donation at any Texas NGVC locations.

For Natural Grocers, standing with the community in times of crisis is more than a principle—it’s a call to action. “Natural Grocers considers our customers and community members family. When disaster strikes, we believe in showing up with compassion and action,” said vice president of marketing for NGVC. “This campaign is about standing with our neighbors during an incredibly difficult time. We’re grateful to our local good4uSM Crew for recognizing the need and helping us act quickly to support relief efforts.”
