KeHE Distributors will be expanding its distribution network with its newest distribution center in Dallas, Texas. The new Dallas distribution center (DC 19) will service the customers currently being serviced out of Dallas (DC 22) and Flower Mound (DC 42).
Key Purchase Order Changes and Timeline
1. Since February, purchase orders for delivery and pick-up for DC 19 have started being placed from the KeHE purchasing systems.
2. Any purchase orders placed for DC 19 will display order quantities in both eaches and cases. Please refer to the supplemental attachments on how KeHE purchase orders will look and should be interpreted.
3. Below are the first delivery dates for DC 19, including small parcel shipments, by temperature:
Dry – April 11th, 2022
Refrigerated or Frozen – April 18th, 2022
4. Below are the final delivery dates for DC 22:
Last receiving day for Dry and Frozen – April 29th, 2022
Last receiving day for Refrigerated – May 13th, 2022
DC 22 will officially be merged with DC 19 on May 22nd, 2022
5. Below are the final delivery dates for DC 42:
Last receiving day for Dry and Frozen – June 24th, 2022
Last receiving day for Refrigerated – July 8th, 2022
HEB Frozen out of DC 42 will officially be merged with DC 19 on May 22nd, 2022
DC 42 will officially be merged with DC 19 on July 17th, 2022
All purchase orders placed for the new Dallas distribution center will be subject to KeHE’s Policies and Procedures programs, terms, and fee structures as previously agreed upon and signed by both KeHE and Supplier Authorized Representatives.
