New & Small Supplier Administrative Allowance Program (AAP) at KeHE Foods
KeHE has launched the New & Small Supplier Administrative Allowance Program (AAP) to simplify cost forecasting and boost opportunities for emerging suppliers.
Key Benefits:
Opt-in 2% flat rate off-invoice allowance.
Waived fees for new item setups, extra performance (EP), and more.
Eligibility:
Suppliers must be both:
New: Partnering with KeHE for less than one year.
Small: Generating under $500,000 in Supplier Cost Received (SCR).
Eligible suppliers can contact their Supplier Manager to opt into the program.
EDI capabilities for AAP Suppliers utilizing SPS Commerce:
Supplier invoice payment registration to apply allowance.
Purchase Orders (PO) with AAP allowance (both PDF and EDI formats).
Ability to receive EDI invoice with AAP allowance via the SPS Portal.
Connect BI reporting capability.
SPS Commerce Supplier EDI portal to support AAP allowance.
For Suppliers using an EDI platform other than SPS Commerce:
If a Supplier opts to use their own EDI system, it must be capable of processing the AAP allowance and ensuring it is reflected accurately on all KeHE invoices, regardless of submission type (EDI/Email). Suppliers must coordinate testing between SPS and their preferred EDI provider to ensure compatibility with the allowance field.
