Farmington Hills, Michigan-based retailer Plum Market opened its first full-service grocery store in Florida earlier this year. Following the new location in Aventura, Florida, the natural and organic grocer also plans to open new full-service grocery stores in Hollywood, California and Washington, D.C. in 2023 as the company gradually expands its national presence.
Plum Market currently operates five full-service grocery stores, seven small format stores, and 14 foodservice locations. The new South Florida store features more than 100 local brands, all natural and sustainably sourced meats and seafood, and chef-crafted prepared dishes made from all natural ingredients that are included in daily specials, including rotisserie chicken, grilled or marinated salmon filets, beer battered cod, sirloin steak, and chicken wings.
