Plum Market is expanding its footprint in Florida with plans to open a new location in Palm Beach Gardens. The 30,000-square-foot store is scheduled to open in the spring of 2026 at 2410 PGA Boulevard, within the Prosperity Centre shopping plaza. This will be Plum Market’s second Florida store, following the opening of its Aventura location in 2023, which has earned local “Best-Of” awards from the Miami Herald and Aventura Magazine. The Palm Beach Gardens store aims to bring the same high-quality offerings to the community, featuring a wide range of natural, organic, and locally sourced products.
The store will include a variety of departments, such as a produce section with peak-of-season, organic, and locally sourced items, a raw juice program, all-natural meats and sustainable seafood with special ordering and custom cuts available, chef-crafted meals including hot entrees, side dishes, and sandwiches, a self-serve salad bar and soups, freshly made sushi, and packaged grab-and-go options. Additional offerings will include a take-away catering menu, an extensive wine selection curated by Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon, an artisan cheese and deli section, fresh, locally baked breads, pastries, and desserts, high-quality grocery essentials featuring the value-priced Field Day brand, and dietary options spanning kosher, gluten-free, and paleo lifestyles. The store will also feature an apothecary with vitamins, supplements, and boutique body care products, as well as fresh-cut flowers, specialty chocolates, and gifts.
Plum Market’s focus on local sourcing, with over 100 local brands, demonstrates its dedication to supporting the community and providing the freshest, highest-quality products. The store is expected to employ approximately 150 team members. The Palm Beach Gardens location will be situated in a rapidly developing area near West Palm Beach, which is home to various retail and dining options. The Prosperity Centre shopping plaza is already home to tenants such as Office Depot, TJ Maxx, CVS, and BurgerFi. With this expansion, Plum Market continues to grow its presence in Florida, reinforcing its commitment to providing high-quality grocery options to communities across the state.
