Pomegranate Market to Open in Downtown Sioux Falls

Big things are coming to Sioux Falls in the form of a 20,000 square foot upscale grocery store in new trendy Cherapa downtown development. The new store should open in the late summer, and it will offer its community a whole new shopping experience. “There’s a lot of enthusiasm and questions and people can’t wait,” co-owner Crag Snyder said. “We feel like the design is great and it’s going to be a beautiful store”. Included will be a 60-seat bistro with dine-in or to go hot and cold food options. “World Bowls” will be featured available in international cuisines such as Korean, Mexican and Thai. They will have sandwiches and burgers as well. The new store will be Pomegranate Market’s second location and is designed to fit the downtown culture. “I think their design is unbelievable,” said Ann Haber, co-developer of Cherapa Place. “We knew they were going to do a great job but seeing the love and intentionality they’re putting into the design show that whole feeling of this going to be like nothing else.” “This store is going to be a game changer. It’s a game changer for downtown and all of Sioux Falls to have this level of shopping experience right there, and that’s what it’s going to be. It’s going to be an experience.”
