Consumers have changed the way that they shop post pandemic. Factors include inflation, supple side issues and curbside pick-up and grocery delivery options. Giant grocery locations may be in the rear view mirror for Midwest-based Schnucks as they opened their newest store which is 11,000 square feet – small compared to their average 60,000 square foot store. The new store is attached to an EatWell store, which Schnucks opened in 2020 featuring organic, local and specialty foods. Schnucks has 110 stores in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.
