“Schnucks, Skogen Festival Foods, and Hometown Grocers share a strikingly similar set of values, tracing our success to decades of consistency, focusing on the communities we serve, the values we share and ongoing quest of excellence in grocery retail”, said Todd Schnuck. Schnuck will become chairman and CEO of the 1939 Group and will lead the Schnuck Markets, Inc. Skogen’s Festival Foods and the Hometown Grocers Group.
