The in-person show takes place June 10th to 11th, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois, and exclusively in KeHE CONNECT from June 3rd to 19th, 2026!
What: 2026 KeHE Holiday Show (Hybrid)
Live Show:
- When: Wednesday, June 10th – Thursday, June 11th *Show schedule TBD.

Virtual Show:
- When: Wednesday, June 3rd – Friday, June 19th
- Where: Digital Show via KeHE CONNECT

*Please note, your application does not guarantee acceptance into the show (in-person or digital), and KeHE will not collect payment until after the Category Management Team reviews and accepts your application.

Costs:
10×10 Booth Fee:
- Participation fee is determined by your KeHE GBB score as of January 1st, 2026.
- Deductions- If you are eligible KeHE will deduct your show fees. If you are not eligible for a deduction, you will be asked to submit your booth payment by March 13th, 2026
- If payment is not received, you will not be permitted to exhibit at the show and your booth will be given to an alternate supplier.
*KeHE is including electricity in each exhibitor’s booth package. By including electricity in each booth, KeHE is able to pass on +25% savings on electricity for all exhibitors.
In-Person Booth:
- GOOD, BETTER, OR BEST: $7,395
- NEW: $7,195
- CAREtrade and DIVERSEtrade: $6,395
- DIVERSEtrade suppliers that are eligible for financial assistance
- KeHE elevate: $5,895
Virtual Only: $1,250
Important Dates & Deadlines:
- March 13th – Exhibitor Booth registration closes (In Person/ Virtual)
- March 20th – New Item Setup Deadline in KeHE CONNECT
- April 3rd – Promotions Deadline in KeHE CONNECT (Access Instructions)
- Week of April 13th – Booth Assignments sent to Exhibitors
- April 24th – Price Changes Deadline in KeHE CONNECT
- May 5th – IX-ONE Products due for Imaging
Cancellation:
- 75% refund if cancelled on or before March 12th, 2026 (90 Days Out)
- 50% refund if cancelled on or before April 11th, 2026 (60 Days Out)
- 25% refund if cancelled on or before May 11th, 2026 (30 Days Out)
- 0% refund if cancelled on or after May 12th, 2026 (29 Days Out)
Important: Suppliers are encouraged to bring their own device for ordering (iPad/tablet, laptop, phone) as a limited number of iPads will be available onsite.
