A Sprouts Farmers Market could soon be coming to Fountain Hills, Arizona, according to town officials. The specialty grocer has submitted a site plan for a 23,000-square-foot store at Four Peaks Plaza, located near the intersection of Palisades and Fountain Hills boulevards.
If approved, the store would introduce a natural and organic-focused grocery option to the community—something residents have been asking for over the years.
“A store like Sprouts has been a frequent request from residents in recent years,” said Economic Development Director Amanda Jacobs. “Attracting Sprouts Farmers Market would not have been possible without the vision of the property owner, Sandor, and the Fountain Hills Town Council approving zoning changes in January 2024.”
Construction could begin as soon as late 2025 or early 2026, depending on when final approvals are secured.
The project is part of the town’s broader push to expand retail and grocery offerings for its roughly 24,000 residents. Four Peaks Plaza, a longtime commercial center in Fountain Hills, would serve as the store’s home.
Phoenix-based Sprouts Farmers Market operates hundreds of stores nationwide and is known for its wide selection of fresh produce, packaged goods, vitamins, and health-conscious products.
