Natural and organic grocer, Sprouts Farmers Market, is continuing its expansion in Florida as it begins construction on its newest store at the corner of Buena Vista Boulevard and County Road 466 in The Villages, Florida. Expected to open in February 2023, the new location will be built on an empty lot east of one of the country’s most well-known retirement community neighborhoods with an estimated population of 85,000. The opening will follow numerous new Sprouts Farmers Market locations in Florida – including Cape Coral and Apopka – as the retailer continues to see Florida as an especially promising market due to the state experiencing “an influx of people who are in its target customer base, people who are interested in health and health, healthy products, more interested in nutrition, more interested in fresh foods.”
