Since 1995, the Poulsbo Town & Country location has been a cornerstone for the local community. Originally known as Central Market, the store was rebranded as Town & Country Poulsbo in 2022. Although this rebranding brought a new name, significant updates were yet to come – until now. Poulsbo has just completed a major “grocery revival,” unveiling a fresh set of upgrades designed to enhance the shopping experience. Highlights include a vibrant community kitchen, a new fresh prep counter, and the addition of Field House, a market-to-table restaurant already popular at the Mill Creek and Lakemont locations.
The community kitchen will host tastings, while the fresh prep counter is stocked with meal inspiration and ingredients for convenient at-home cooking. Town & Country’s CEO, Ryan Ritter, noted, “The fresh prep counter simplifies the journey to nourishing, flavorful meals, while Field House delights and fuels guests with our take on comfort dishes. Our community kitchen provides a unique environment for connection, learning, and ideation. All three align with our mission to bring people together around a shared love of food.”
Customer feedback played a significant role in inspiring these updates, demonstrating Town & Country’s commitment to listening and responding to guests’ needs. “Our investment in our markets reflects our commitment to enriching the communities we serve,” added Ritter. “As ‘The Eating Company,’ we prioritize food and creativity in everything we do. We’re excited to introduce Poulsbo guests to Field House, the fresh prep counter, and the community kitchen.”
