Town & Country Ushers in a New President and CEO

Since 1954, Town & Country Markets has been a cherished family-owned and operated grocery store chain across Washington state’s Puget Sound. They are thrilled to introduce their new President and CEO, Ryan Ritter. This appointment marks a significant transition for the company as it bids farewell to the retiring CEO, Bill Weymer, who dedicated 13 years of service to Town & Country. Bill Weymer will continue to contribute as a member of the Board of Directors, alongside Town & Country family members Susan Allen, Ron Nakata, and Chairman Larry Nakata. Additionally, the company welcomes Wendy Oliver, an accomplished retail industry expert with 45 years in the industry, as the new Senior Director of Retail Operations.

Ryan Ritter, who previously served as the Executive Director of Operations, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. His effective leadership, successful track record, and commitment to creating exceptional guest and employee experiences align seamlessly with Town & Country’s strategies and goals.
