UNFI Endless Aisle

UNFI Endless Aisle is a new digital selling platform designed to expand your brand’s reach and directly connect your products with thousands of retailers across our nationwide network, instantly. This platform is available for suppliers who are able to drop ship directly to retailers – meaning they can send product directly to stores or customers instead of first delivering to a warehouse for distribution – benefitting emerging and established brands alike.

Interested suppliers will apply to join and complete account and item set up with Mable, UNFI’s platform partner. Suppliers will manage their catalog, order fulfillment, and customer service in Mable’s supplier portal. Enrolled suppliers list their products on the Endless Aisle website. When an order is placed, the supplier dropships directly to the retailer via parcel carrier.

Qualified suppliers are: 

• Able to drop ship within four business days nationwide (to and from the continental U.S.).
• Located in the continental U.S. for shipping and billing purposes
• Retail ready with both unit and case GTINs/UPCs and complete product data
• Not offering products that contain alcohol, tobacco, CBD, or THC
• Not offering ready-to-drink or sweetened beverages (including powdered and syrup drink mixes)
• Not offering chill or frozen products

The retailer is shown a total cost, which includes the price provided by the supplier and the estimated cost of shipping, calculated by Mable. Who pays for shipping? UNFI retailers pay all shipping costs. Estimated shipping costs are calculated based on average shipping rates from the suppliers’ ship-from address to the retailer, by Mable. Shipping costs are recalculated every 90 days. How does shipping work? Suppliers dropship directly to the retailer via parcel carrier such as UPS. All orders must be shipped from and to the continental U.S.
