UNFI Winter/Spring 2027 Seasonal Selections
UNFI is now accepting submissions for the 2027 Winter/Spring Seasonal Selections catalog. The deadline for this submission is July 27th, 2026. Items must be coded by this date to be included in the catalog.
This catalog cover January, February, March, and April. This is a great opportunity for suppliers to showcase everyday essentials, holiday in/outs and shippers for the season.
- Essentials – These are everyday products that align with trends, weather, holidays, or lifestyle shifts — whether it’s hydration essentials for summer, cozy comforts for fall, or back-to-school must-haves.
- Preorders – seasonal in and out items/limited time only items
- Shippers – designed to increase visibility, spark impulse buys, and create a memorable in-store experience that draws attention and drives sales.

UNFI Update to Supplier Scorecard
As part of UNFI’s ongoing commitment to delivering strong service for their retailers and consistent performance across their network, UNFI is implementing an update to the Supplier Scorecard, specifically with the inbound fill rate target. These updates better align with current operational standards and improve service consistency.
- These updates are intended to provide clearer expectations, earlier visibility into performance, and more effective collaboration
- The updated targets go into effect July 1st, 2026
- UNFI’s focus is on prevention – engaging early and collaboratively to help avoid Yellow or Red performance and associated fees
- Fees are not automatic, and you will not be held accountable for issues outside of your control.
- When performance issues arise, each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- UNFI’s goal is to support consistent performance improvement over time – not to penalize partners working through legitimate challenges.
