Village Market Acquires Zerbo’s Commerce Location

Village Market of Grosse Pointe has officially acquired the Zerbo’s Market & Bistro location in Commerce Township, Michigan. While ownership has changed, customers and vendors will notice that the Zerbo’s name will remain on the building and throughout the store during a planned transition period.

Over the coming months, the new ownership team will be evaluating the store assortment, completing SKU rationalization, refreshing merchandising, and remodeling the location. Once these improvements are complete, the store is expected to be officially rebranded as Village Market later this year. 

Although the storefront and website may still reference Zerbo’s Market, communications should reference the location as Village Market – Commerce. The original Zerbo’s Market in Livonia remains under the original ownership and continues to operate independently.
