Whole Foods Market opened a new store in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood on June 1st. The store is 54,000 square feet and is located at 63 Madison Avenue between 27th and 28th streets. The store takes pride in featuring over 1,000 items from around the New York metro area. This Manhattan location has on-site dining including “Za’atar”, a quick service Mediterranean local eatery as well as Nomad 63 by Whole Foods Market, a bar offering wine, beer and snacks. Café Grumpy serves up coffee and tea. The store also features an expansive cheese department featuring cheesemakers and artisan products as well the usual bounty of fresh organic produce, baked goods, seafood, and meats.
