Whole Foods Market to Anchor 22-acre Development in Arkansas

Whole Foods Market has unveiled plans to anchor a $112 million mixed-use development in Pinnacle Hills, Arkansas. The 37,000-square-foot store will be complemented by an additional 43,500 square feet of retail space and a 350-unit apartment complex on 22-acres. Atlanta-based SJC Ventures is spearheading the development and was previously involved in bringing Whole Foods Market to Fayetteville, Arkansas. Pinnacle Hills continues to attract new development, particularly in the highly sought-after Billion Dollar Mile area of Rogers. The announcement of the $112 million Pinnacle Springs mixed-use project, anchored by Whole Foods Market, further underscores the appeal of the area. The development will be located at the northwest corner of New Hope Road and Promenade Boulevard. A timeline for the groundbreaking has yet to be announced.
