Chicago-based Go Grocer has gone north opening a store in Milwaukee’s Third Ward neighborhood. Like the Chicago stores, the Milwaukee store will offer fresh foods and meals and locally sourced items. Everything is at their customers finger tips with their rapid free delivery app. “We have a lot of people suggest this location in the Third Ward. Once I drove up there, I couldn’t believe how beautiful and dense the neighborhood was. I also realized that the demographic was perfect for our brand and finally realized there weren’t many healthy options for what we carried”, said Go Grocer Founder, Paul Stellatos. Gregory and Paul Stellatos launched Go Grocer in 2008 and have grown the small format stores in Chicago to 14 stores. The Milwaukee store is owned by brothers Johnny and Edgar Rivera who are following in the footsteps of the Stellatos’. More Milwaukee locations are in the works.
