Whole Foods Market Now Accepting Zappos Returns

Zappos.com announced that customers can now drop off returns at all Whole Foods Market locations nationwide without a return label or shipping box. The clothing and shoe retailer was acquired by Amazon in 2009 in an all-stock deal worth around $1.2 billion. The Amazon and Zappos pickup and return service hub inside Whole Foods Market helps to drive foot traffic to its stores. According to a Whole Foods Market press release, customers can start the return procedure on their Zappos account to see if their order is eligible for the service. Consumers then bring the items to a local Whole Foods Market customer service kiosk in the original manufacturer packaging. The service is an addition to Zappos’ ongoing free return policy, which permits returns within a year of purchase from any location in the United States. Customers of Amazon are already able to return their orders to Kohl’s department shops, Whole Foods Market, and Amazon Fresh locations.
