Eric has spent his entire career in the CPG business. Over the past 25 years, he has successfully led turnarounds at public and private equity-backed food companies. In 2010 inspired by his daughter’s celiac diagnosis Eric co-founded Three Bakers, a Gluten Free Bakery. He successfully sold the company to Mayfair Capital in 2020. His passion in business is building collaborative, high-performing organizations with a common purpose of “winning” in today’s highly competitive marketplace. His passion is fueled by his commitment to developing teams and individuals to realize success beyond their own expectations.
Eric attended Northwestern University and later earned his master’s degree from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Eric and his wife Susan live in Chicago and have three children Lauren, Reid, and Cate. Eric’s passion is family, friends, his dog Charlie, friends and living a healthy lifestyle.
